These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of SnapMind, a mobile application operated by SUMA GRAVITY TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong.

By using SnapMind, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. About SnapMind

SnapMind is an AI reading notes app that helps users save links, recognize text from selected images or camera captures, generate concise AI summaries, and organize reading notes.

The current version of SnapMind does not require account registration or payment.

2. AI-Generated Content

SnapMind uses AI technology to generate summaries and key points. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or outdated.

You are responsible for reviewing the original source and verifying any important information before relying on AI-generated summaries.

SnapMind does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, investment, or other professional advice.

3. Link Extraction and OCR Limitations

Some links may not be extractable due to paywalls, login requirements, website restrictions, dynamic content, anti-bot protection, or technical limitations.

OCR results from images or camera captures may be inaccurate depending on image quality, lighting, layout, language, or other factors.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SnapMind to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Submit illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, or infringing content
• Submit confidential, sensitive, or personal information that you do not want processed by AI services
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or abuse the service
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls
• Use automated tools to submit excessive requests
• Infringe the rights of any third party

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the links, notes, images, recognized text, and content you submit or save in SnapMind.

By submitting content for processing, you grant SnapMind the limited right to process that content only as needed to provide app features, including link extraction, OCR-related text processing, AI summarization, saving, organizing, and displaying reading notes.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit any content you provide to SnapMind.

6. Usage Limits

SnapMind may provide a limited number of free AI summaries per day. Usage limits may change from time to time based on product, technical, or business needs.

If paid features or subscriptions are introduced in the future, additional terms may apply. Purchases made inside the iOS app will be processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system where required.

7. No Guarantee of Availability

We aim to keep SnapMind available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the app or backend services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Third-Party Services

SnapMind may rely on third-party service providers, including cloud infrastructure providers and AI model providers. Your use of SnapMind may involve processing by these third-party services as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

SnapMind, including its design, branding, software, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to SUMA GRAVITY TECHNOLOGY LIMITED.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of SnapMind except as permitted by applicable law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to SnapMind if we believe you have violated these Terms, abused the service, or created risk for SnapMind, other users, or third parties. You may stop using SnapMind at any time.

11. Disclaimer

SnapMind is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUMA GRAVITY TECHNOLOGY LIMITED shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of SnapMind.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of SnapMind after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles.
